Urgent news from Gegharkunik marz
On February 22, an emergency occurred in Gegharkunik region.
Around 1:35 p.m., an alert was received from the “Martuni” medical center to the Martuni police department of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs and they reported that
A citizen was taken to them with the diagnosis of “electrical burn of the face”, and shortly after another citizen was taken with the diagnosis of “electrical burn of the face and upper limbs”.
The police found out that the first person transferred was Manuk B., a 41-year-old resident of Gegharkunik marz, and the second person transferred was Gor K., a 34-year-old resident of Gegharkunik marz.
On the same day, at around 12:30 p.m., they received the mentioned bodily injuries as a result of a short circuit that occurred while working with an electric meter in substation 3436 of precinct No. 3 of Geghhovit settlement.
Among the wounded, Manuk B. works as an electrical inspector at the Martuni branch of the “Geghama” precinct of the “Electrical Networks of Armenia” CJSC,
and Gor K. is an engineer at the sales department of the Martuni branch of the “Geghama” precinct of the “Electrical Networks of Armenia” CJSC.
