The Ministry of Defense issued an EMERGENCY statement overnight

A video has been circulated on the Internet about people wearing military uniforms joining the political action in Kiratz, Tavush region.

The military police of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia is taking measures to identify the persons in military uniform and to assess the information being disseminated.

At the same time, the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia warns that any attempt to involve the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia in political processes will receive an adequate legal assessment.
