New Data. How many Artsakh citizens are included in the “black list” of Azerbaijan?
Reuters, citing a high-ranking diplomat, reports that about 200 Karabakh Armenians are on the “black list” of Azerbaijan, accused of various crimes and wanted.
However, the agency does not publish the names of those included in the list, as well as the identity of the “senior diplomat”.
Earlier, the leaders of Azerbaijan’s law enforcement agencies spoke about the existence of more than 300 wanted persons.
All of them left the territory of Azerbaijan in the early 1990s, and some of those wanted are citizens of Armenia. From this point of view, it is possible that the list will be “narrowed” to 200 people from Karabakh.
At the same time, Azerbaijan declared an amnesty for the Armenians who surrendered voluntarily. Most of them have already left Karabakh.”
