Currently, 70 percent of the more than 100,000 Artsakh citizens who came to Armenia settled in the regions. Although many people preferred Yerevan in the first days of the deportation, now there is a tendency to go to the marzes, Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures Gnel Sanosyan announced yesterday at Azatut’s “Facebook press conference”.
First of all, apartment rental prices in regions are low compared to Yerevan. The state promises 50,000 drams to every Artsakh citizen who comes to Armenia.
