Important for drivers: Change regarding tinted windows in cars
Article 123 of the Code on Administrative Offenses has been amended.
which defines the amount of fines for violations of the rules of operation of vehicles.
The change refers to the transparency of the glasses. Iravaban.net reports that it comes into force on May 1.
Driving covered vehicles with a violation of the amount of light transmittance of the glass, defined by the legislation, or with the front windshield covered with a film or violation of the order, causes a fine in the amount of 25,000 drams.
If the said act is committed again or every subsequent time within a year, a fine is imposed in the amount of 29,000 drams, a penalty point is applied – 2 points.
