RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, who went to Granada (Spain) to participate in the summit of the heads of states and governments of the European political community, had a short conversation with the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky.
To remind, the RA Prime Minister left for Granada. There, on October 5, a five-way meeting was scheduled with the participation of Nikol Pashinyan, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, EU, French and German leaders.
Yesterday it became known that the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev refused to go to Spain, where the five-party meeting was planned.
