The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia congratulated the media representatives on the occasion of the World Press Freedom Day.
According to “Armenpress”, the congratulatory message distributed by the Foreign Ministry reads: “On the occasion of the Freedom of the Press Day, we want to emphasize the key role of the press in ensuring democracy and transparency and congratulate our journalist colleagues.
We appreciate the cooperation with the media aimed at objective and accurate coverage of the facts and the challenges facing the Republic of Armenia and our region. Despite the complications, Armenia continues its efforts to improve its position in international indicators of press freedom.
